1. Our Contract

Purchases made on the Website are for your personal or gift use and it can be also used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. We reserve the right to refuse orders for multiple quantities of an item ordered by you or ordered to any one postal address.

The Website sells products to individuals or companys who can purchase with a credit card/debit card, Paypal or other method of payment as set out on the payment page. We use Ccnow copmany for payment processing.

We test every unit right before shipping to a customer. Therefore we guarantee proper work and package.

We do everything possible to secure the delivery of our products to the customers on time. However we do not bear responsibility for any problems that might occur at customs.

2. Warranty & Returns

All of our products have 1 year warranty (one year). If the customer experiences any problems while using the product the customer can contact us at any time for support where we will try to resolve the customer's issue as quickly as possible. This warranty is given to the original purchaser and valid throughout the warranty period. If a hardware defect arises within the warranty period, we will repair the product at no charge or exchange the product with a product that is new or is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.

If the product was handled fairly and as outlined in the accommpanying user manual and it stopped to function, we will replace it. The return shipping and handling expenses are paid by the customer.

If the received device is damaged or defective or missing any of its accessories, if proper handling and maintenance instructions were not followed the warranty will not be valid and costs will need to be covered by the customer for the repair of the damaged item and for the shipping and handling expenses.

Return Conditions: We accept returns within 14 days after the product is received. The customer should during that period send a written e-mail requesting the return of the product before sending the package back to us to recieve a valid RMA number and any additional documentation for the safe return of the product. Products returned without a RMA number will be rejected and returned to the customer without being processed. The customer is responsible for the item until it is delivered back to our return center and must be returned in full-working order, undamaged. The customer is responsible for the return costs.

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all the included accessories and in an undamaged state. When requesting a Refund the items must be in full-working order, without scratches or any usage marks, in the same condition as when they were received. Any damages to the product or other visual marks or torn or damaged accessories, badly and poorly packaged returned items may be subject to a restocking fee and will prevent us from issuing a full refund to the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is recommended that the item be returned with traceable (registered) shipping and safely packed as the return item is the customers responsibility until we receive it at our return center.

3. The Order Process

You may select items from our range of products, details of which will be added to the "Shopping Cart" by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. By clicking on the “Proceed to Checkout” button, you initiate the checkout process for the products added to the Shopping Bag. By clicking on the “Continue shopping” button you submit an offer to buy the products in the Shopping Cart. Before placing an order you can view and amend your order details at any time by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” button.

When you place your order to purchase products from the Website, we will automatically send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Confirmation Email"). We recommend that you print out the Confirmation Email and keep it for your own records. The Confirmation Email does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it merely records the fact that we have received the order.

We will send you a second email when we dispatch your products which shall constitute our acceptance of your order, at which point a binding contract of sale will be concluded between you and us.

We reserve the right to hold any orders prior to shipping for security review.

4. Prices and Delivery Charges

Prices of our products don't contain any hidden fees. You pay the price which is listed on our wepage.

Our delivery charges are as follows:
Priority Shipping Worldwide: FREE
Express Delivery for Europe DHL or UPS: 25,00 €
Express Delivery for outside Europe: 49,00 €
Express Delivery for Europe by UPS cash on delivery option (COD): 35,00 €

The above prices are approximate. Final prices are calculated at checkout before placing the order. We reserve the right to make a surcharge for deliveries to some areas. If a surcharge is applicable to your order, you will be informed at the checkout stage of the order process, prior to placing your order.

Where you order multiple products, you will only be charged one delivery charge.

5. Payment

Payment for your products must be made via credit or debit card, Paypal via CCnnow or with Cash On Delivery COD by UPS Devilery just in Europe Union.

You confirm that the credit or debit card or Paypal account that is being used is yours. All credit or debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

When you visit the Website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Your Personal Data

By entering information on the Website you represent and warrant that you are using your actual identity, and all information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete as at the time you provide us that information.

If you find that the information transmitted is incorrect or no longer valid, it is your responsibility to change it. We will not be liable for any errors that may result in your submission of incorrect information.

7. Care and maintenance

Your device is a product of superior design and craftsmanship and should be treated with care. The suggestions below will help you protect your bluetooth.

  • Keep all accessories and enhancements out of the reach of small children.
  • Keep the device dry. Precipitation, humidity and all types of liquids or moisture can contain minerals that will corrode electronic circuits. If your device does get wet, remove the battery and allow the device to dry completely before replacing it.
  • Do not use or store the device in dusty, dirty areas. Its moving parts and electronic components can be damaged.
  • Do not store the device in hot areas. High temperatures can shorten the life of electronic devices, damage batteries, and warp or melt certain plastics.
  • Do not store the device in cold areas. When the device returns to its normal temperature, moisture can form inside the device and damage electronic circuit boards.
  • Do not attempt to open the device other than as instructed in this guide.
  • Do not drop, knock, or shake the device. Rough handling can break internal circuit boards and fine mechanics.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents to clean the device.
  • Do not paint the device. Paint can clog the moving parts and prevent proper operation.

8. Feedback and Complaints Policy

We welcome any comments about our service, so that we can improve what we are doing. Our aim is to deal with any problems quickly and fairly. If you have reason to complain about our service, please call or email our Customer Services team stating clearly that you are making a complaint. Our aim is to respond to your complaint within seven (7) working days, either resolving the complaint, or with a timescale for resolution.
